Just a short break away for the May Day (Labour Day) weekend. We stayed at Dicky Beach Caravan Park in site 18. From the back of the annex we have a view to the beach - well we did until the Apollo Motor home came and parked in the wrong spot!! But that was late Sunday afternoon.
This is our view.
There is a little creek that runs into the ocean. We walk over the bridge to get to the Surf Life Savings Club.
Of course we went to the Op Shops. Caloundra has 6 Op shops. We went to 5 of them and a couple of cheapie bargain shops, and this was what I got. I was very happy with the kids trolley. Cooper and Ava will love it. We also needed a bigger measuring cup for the van. On the way back we went to a Collectors Fair, which actually turned out to be good fun. I saw a lot of stuff that we had growing up, that are selling for ridiculous prices. I did get a good bargain with some beautiful small floral print material. 3.5 m for $5, and some spotty material - 2.5m for $3.
Photos to come :-)

While we were here, there as a 'super' full moon, so we took a heap of photos.

We went to the Surf Club for Peter's birthday. I love a sweet wine.
The next night Jon and I went down to the beach to get photos of the super moon.
They were not as spectacular as the night before.
This s Jonnie with his flag. Note the reflection in the water.
We had a great time.
